Shipping Policy
At Goddess and Queen, we offer shipping to locations within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping location. We use eco-friendly packaging materials, such as recycled cardboard boxes and biodegradable mailers. We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days after it has been placed. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Goddess and Queen. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed as a new order with free shipping.
